Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all of our customers and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling, we have implemented a non-refundable deposit policy. Please take a moment to review the following terms before confirming your booking: Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward your service total at the time of completion. However, deposit can be refunded per the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. No-Call, No-Show: Any failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show) will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit. Grace Period: We provide a 5-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. After this time, the appointment slot will be considered lost, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
